Who we are
Environ-site Assessment LLC (ESA) is an environmental consulting company based in Northern Virginia. ESA has expertise in phases I and II environmental site assessments (aka due diligence investigations) and reporting (see services). The company (ESA) is a certified Disadvantaged Minority Business Enterprise (DBE) by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
ESA’s operation manager and point of contact is an environmental scientist with a Ph.D. in environmental science and policy, an associate professor with over 25 years’ experience, and a Virginia-licensed professional geologist (CPG).
We provide prompt environmental site assessment and other environmental consulting services to property managers, real estate developers, construction industry, businesses, government entities and private residents at competitive prices.
